Tim has a broad range of experience in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Asset Management across the UK, Europe and USA.
Since 2009 Tim has been responsible for the sustained growth of the business, diversifying into different sectors including residential development and strategic land promotion. Tim co-founded Spitfire Bespoke Homes in 2011 and IM Land in 2014 and the intention is to continue this spread of business activities into mixed-use development and alternative property investment sectors.
Tim believes that the business is going to need to be continually innovative in its response to changes in the Commercial Real Estate and Residential sectors and that flexibility of approach and decisive management is going to be crucial to securing sustainable profits in an increasingly competitive market place.
