SUBARU AT THE 81ST GENEVA MOTOR SHOW

As car manufacturers' confidence bounces back from the economic downturn of the past two years, the 81st Geneva Motor Show opened its doors for the first Press Day on Tuesday 1 March 2011.

Visitors to the Subaru stand had the opportunity of seeing the world première 2+2 Coupé - the "BOXER SPORTS CAR ARCHITECTURE Concept" - a skin version of Subaru's first ever rear-wheel-drive sports car. Also among the exhibits were the face-lifted Subaru Forester, equipped with the third generation Boxer petrol engine, the Subaru Impreza Concept and the Subaru Trezia. Extreme performance enthusiasts had the chance to glance at the same WRX STI that recently posted Subaru's fastest lap time at the legendary Nürburgring circuit.
