In August Paul Tunnicliffe, Managing Director of Subaru UK & Isuzu UK was promoted to Group Operations Director, becoming responsible at board level for all three brands that IM Group represent in the UK (Subaru, Isuzu and Great Wall).

The Group have been working towards dedicated sales, after-sales and marketing teams for the Subaru brand in particular, and with the opportunities that the next wave of new products from Subaru brings, the time was right to appoint a dedicated Managing Director working under the guidance of the Group Operations Director.

Darren James was the person appointed for this role and with him he brings a high degree of personal energy and enthusiasm, both for Subaru and IM Group. Alongside this Darren continues with his current role within the Group as Director of IM Parts and Service.

These changes will strengthen the skill and energy that IM Group can devote to our UK Operations and will ensure that as our business grows, we will be able to continue improving the focus and attention we place on each brand that we represent.
