Howard Ormesher

Group CRM Director

Before joining IM Group, Howard had worked for many years in Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM), particularly in financial services marketing. He was Head of Marketing at The Funding Corporation (an IM Group Company) until he transferred to the automotive business in January 2008.

He now has responsibility for this new and exciting area of our development. Our CRM system is key to helping to improve marketing efficiency and customer service through greater customer knowledge and by giving greater support to our partner and dealer network.
