IMPACT is a 'values-based' IM Group programme which we have been working towards since early 2008.  Below are the 12 values that as a company we want to express in the way we go about our business.

IMPACT Values

  1. Every one of us will know, own and energise who we are, what we do and how we do it
  2. We will make 'do it now, do it well' our daily working ethos
  3. We will be ambassadors for the Group both inside and outside and will always talk positively about what we do
  4. In our working environment we will be clean and tidy and ensure company equipment, property and facilities are maintained and kept secure
  5. Operational procedures will value simplicity and effectiveness
  6. We will respect our customers, staff, dealers, manufacturers and suppliers
  7. We will promote the sharing and receiving of ideas, information and experience within the Group
  8. Staff and their ideas will be encouraged and we will not put down, belittle or dishearten anyone or any idea they may have
  9. We will support each other and celebrate others' achievements when deserved but will also be honest and constructive when our ideas are not working
  10. Every telephone call will be answered within six rings by a real person
  11. Every inbound enquiry by e-mail, telephone or letter will receive an acknowledgement by the close of the business day
  12. We will always be hungry to improve and will never be satisfied
