Excellent customer service is extremely important to us at IM Group, adding real value to the total vehicle ownership experience. We have strong principles and believe that every customer - and indeed potential customer - is entitled to a truly exceptional experience.

This is supported by numerous awards over the years from organisations and publications such as JD Power, Which?, AutoExpress and What Car? and also from Autoindex in Sweden which revealed that in 2010, Sweden's most satisfied car owners drive a Subaru, yet again!

We believe that customer service comes as a result of attention to many details. Not only is it a real focus for our staff, where our IMPACT values provide a great foundation, but also our choice to invest in industry-leading technology and systems that properly support the commitment of our staff to customer service.

One of these values is that we will always be hungry to improve and will never be satisfied. This is just as true of our approach to customer service as it is to other areas of the company. We feel compelled to look for ways to improve our service - we don't just want to be good, we want to be the best. That's what we think our customers want. To be able to consistently exceed these high expectations feels absolutely fantastic!
