As our name suggests, we specialise in finding appropriate funding solutions to businesses and individuals.  The Funding Corporation is led by specialists in the financial services industry. Each has held a senior position previously in reputable banking institutions.

Their knowledge is unparalleled within this field. But they are always seeking to explore new avenues of opportunity, to find innovative ways of delivering forward-thinking finance solutions to commercial enterprises and the public sector.

We have grown in strength through a mix of acquisition and planned organic expansion throughout the years. And we're proud to say that we're supported by some of the UK's premier organisations including International Motors, Fortis Lease UK and Barclays.

Since its formation in 1987, IM Properties has enjoyed considerable growth and now is one of the largest UK privately owned property companies with investment and development portfolios in Europe across the industrial, retail and commercial sectors.  This growth has been achieved through the enterprising spirit which is part of life at IM Properties, and drives us to take initiatives, do things differently and embark on new ventures.
